DESIGN, EXTEND, RENOVATE

Running a project takes time, energy and commitment,  having a dedicated project manager leaves you free to concentrate on other things.  The extend, design and renovate service is flexible in the amount of involvement needed from Avocado Interiors.  A dedicated project manager can run your project from concept to completion or alternatively you may prefer them to only be involved at the design phase or building phase. 

Design - this phase considers everything about your project before a builder sets foot in your home.  During this in-depth process we work closely with you to make sure you get exactly want you want.  Whether it's  a straightforward refurbishment, a whole house renovation, new kitchen and bathrooms, an extension or a reconfiguration of your internal space.

Extend - if you're project needs planning permission we'll manage this process for you.  With our local knowledge and experience we can advise you on what you will be able to achieve and an estimate of how much it will cost.  We work closely with local architects ensuring that an application has the best chance of success.  When planning is granted we will co-ordinate any consultants needed to move your project forward.  We will oversee the Building Control application, organise party wall notices, contracts and tenders from Contractors etc.  We liaise with contractors on site throughout the building works ensuring the project keeps to time and budget.

Renovate -  A large or small renovation project needs a lot of planning to run smoothly and be completed quickly.  Our experience, contacts with suppliers, consultants and contractors allows us to quickly and effectively plan and execute a renovation project.
